Non‑emergency requests must be submitted in writing before we can dispatch our trades. 

Lease reference and deductible timing 

* Refer to your lease agreement, Page 4, Paragraph 9, for landlord and tenant responsibilities. 

* The repair deductible must be paid within one week of notice from AADP Management, LLC. 

Emergencies — act immediately and submit a request 

If any of the following occur, contact the appropriate party right away and also submit a maintenance request: 

1) Gas leak: Vacate the property immediately and contact your local gas company. 

2) Fire: Call 911 to reach the local fire department. 

3) Uncontrollable water: Active pipe breaks or sewage backing up into your unit.
